– zucchini pizza bites (zucchini, olive oil, salt and pepper, mozzarella cheese, pepperete stick)
– rice crackers

– grapes, honeydew

Day 43

Breakfast
– strawberry, mango, banana, yogurt and almond milk smoothie

Snack
– yogurt
– Apple chips
– blackberries
– Glutino pretzels

Lunch
– roasted tomato and eggplant soup
– salad (I had read the wrong ingredients for the dressing. It had egg yolks and soy in it). I didn’t get itchy after though which was really good!

Dinner
– salad with tomatoes and cucumbers with balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar
– celery and carrot sticks
– wings with various sauces (all GF, soy free, egg free, citrus free)
– sour cream and dill dip

Day 42

Breakfast
– yogurt
– banana

Snack
– strawberry, mango, banana, yogurt and almond milk smoothie

Lunch
– rice cakes with peanut butter and banana

Dinner
– scalloped potatoes (almond milk instead of cream)
– ham
– green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper and almonds
– red wine

Day 41

Breakfast
– quinoa banana bread

Lunch
– turkey, white cheddar cheese
– Glutino pretzels

Dinner
– leftover quinoa, turkey and sweet potato soup
– quinoa crackers
– cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and mushrooms with hummus

Day 40

– cheese and meat platter
– olives
– salad with mushrooms, Parmesan, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Day 38

– salad with chickpeas, steak, roasted tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
